Legacy USB sticks vs. Mac Pro - AtariAge Forums

Has anyone else had an issue with their Legacy USB sticks with a Mac Pro? If mine is plugged into the Mac when its booted/rebooted, the Mac gets stuck in an endless reboot cycle. It does a half-chime and instantly reboots, rinse, repeat. Unplugging the stick while this is happening instantly corrects the problem and the Mac boots.
My Mac Pro is a 2.66 quad, the 1st gen.
